Deb is a Certified Nephrology Nurse who has been a member of ANNA since 1992, and has worked in dialysis for over 24 years. She has enjoyed many roles in this field from Charge Nurse to Facility Manager, Regional Quality Liason to Right Start Case Manger, and staff educator. Deb paricipated in the 2007 CMS- IG community forum in Pennslyvania. She served as the 2007/2008 President for East Texas, chapter 255, and is now the 2009 President Elect.
Deb is currently the manger of the US Renal Care Hemodialysis unit in Canton, Texas and also works as a Legal Nurse auditor.
