Faith Lynch DNP, RN, CNN

Dr. Faith Lynch is a registered nurse who holds a Doctor of Nursing practice degree in health systems leadership. She is currently the Senior Director of Nursing for Dialysis Operations at NYU Langone Health Long Island. Faith has worked in nephrology nursing for 17 years in both the chronic and acute hospital setting dealing with patients that span from acute kidney injury to end stage kidney disease. Dr. Lynch branched out into a different avenue of nursing when she was asked by her organization leadership to help build their 1st Home Hospital program as the clinical nurse lead. Dr. Lynch is an active National Director on the board for the American Nephrology Nurses Association. She has authored book chapters in multiple nephrology nursing textbooks as well as peer-reviewed journal articles.
