Kay Deck has been in nephrology since 1981 and has worked in a variety of settings including; 1) staff, 2) self-care training nurse, 3) home program coordinator, 4) manager, 5) administrator and department director, 6) corporate nurse manager for education and information technology, and currently, Director of Nursing and Education at NxStage Medical. Kay has been intimately involved with the development of NxStage technology and training materials and studying best practices for home hemodialysis training.
