Jean Colaneri ACNP-BC, CNN

Jean received her BS, MS, and NP Certificate from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY and practiced at the Albany Medical Center Hospital from 1981 until she retired in 2023. She worked in the adult ICU, taught in the School of Nursing, was a Clinical Specialist and Nurse Practitioner in kidney and pancreas transplantation, and spent the last 10 years of her career in acute adult and chronic pediatric dialysis. She is on the Editorial Board of the Nephrology Nursing Journal, a member of the Acute Care and Transplant SPNs, and treasurer of her local chapter, Northeast Tri-State.
