Program Description: "That's the way we've always done it." Ever heard that before? This webinar focuses on the basics of evidence-based practice (EBP) and its practical impact for the nephrology nurse. What can we do to improve care and outcomes for our patients? How do we go about searching and reviewing current resources and evaluating the evidence? We'll take a look at a real clinical problem, and determine the best solution based upon the evidence. Please join us as Drs. Debra Hain and Tamara Kear explore the "how tos" of EBP.
