Description

Leaders have an incredible impact on the attitude and overall emotional tenor of the workplace. This presentation provides insight into the concept of transformational leadership in both formal and informal leadership roles and the impact on workplace culture. A session highlight is how to sustain a positive culture when the leadership in a workplace changes.
