This workshop provides valuable information and resources for nurse managers. Topics include how to assess leadership skills and establish goals to evaluate accomplishments; methods to manage stress and avoid burnout; how to create a plan for achieving work-life balance while being an effective leader; and the importance of emotional intelligence and transformational leadership in the managerial role.
