Anthropologist Gerald VanBolt has researched the culture in dialysis units and other nephrology settings. He explores ways to examine the culture in your workplace and its impact on patient care, and provides tips for changing the unit culture, if necessary.

Requirements for Successful Completion:
Complete the learning activity in its entirety and complete the online CNE evaluation. You will be able to print your CNE certificate at any time after you complete the evaluation.
