What Ms. Gordon has eloquently and dynamically discoursed in this very interesting topic is very much needed and
highly necessary for any endeavor and unit to function and succeed. Sensitive , effective and efficient team work, accountability among other things she mentioned are the repertoire I will try to emphasize in meshing with my co-workers.

P.S. I love Ms. Gordon's style of presentation. She is funny, witty and down-to-earth. It kept me awake and glued to the presentation.
