Description

Bariatric surgery has associated risks that are compounded in patients with CKD. Bariatric surgical techniques and outcomes will be covered, with emphasis on how to adapt these techniques and outcomes to the care of patients with CKD. Long-term expectations are also discussed.

really enjoyed this CE. Made me think about our obese patients. I don't think I realized Bariatric Surgery was an option for controlling weight in ESRD patients.
