Description

For the past decade, high-definition simulation has been used successfully in training programs for nurses and physicians. Recent literature describes simulation as an excellent alternative for highly complex patients or technically challenging procedures. Nephrology has both! Explore the use of this interesting technology as it pertains to dialysis programs to bridge gaps in knowledge and experiences and provide a comfortable environment for nurses to train and improve their skills while serving to meet patient safety concerns.
