Description

Health care insurance is now available to everyone through the Affordable Care Act. How does that impact health policy and care for chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease? Is it the same for all individuals? Policy expert Kathleen Smith will share some intriguing insights.

Excellent review of ESRD Coverage under Medicare & ACA. I have been a dialysis Nurse since 1976 and know how the changes have effected the dialysis patients and staff.

ESRD coverage is supported by Medicare and ACA, but gaps can cause problems for non citizens and Medicare beneficiaries under age 65 who need medical.
