We all experience stress every day, whether at work or in another aspect of our lives. What we don't always appreciate are the effects of that stress on our bodies. This session addresses the physical effects of stress and identifies lifestyle changes that could have a positive impact in our lives. The session wraps up with a focus on relaxation techniques that can be used to decrease the effects of stress.
