This session focuses on regional and national efforts to improve and increase the use of home dialysis modalities. Barriers and challenges to successful home dialysis, strategies to decrease attrition rates among individuals choosing home dialysis, and ways to grow home therapy programs in an organized and sustainable fashion is discussed.
