This package's sessions are our hot topics from Nephrology Nursing Practice, Management, and Leadership, 2021. Those chosen are vitally important to nephrology nursing professionals Clinical topics include “Management of Acute Kidney Injury Following Stem Cell Transplantation” and “Identifying Depression in Pediatrics”, and the importance of Elevating the Role of Direct Care in Nephrology Nursing”. A very timely leadership topic for both formal and informal leaders is one focused on “Innovative Leadership Styles Required in Today’s Environment”. Two professional topics include “A Personal COVID Journey” in which one of our colleagues shares her story of being infected with COVID, and a second personal story by a colleague who shares her story or her decision to donate a kidney “Positive Impact of Living Donation.” Each of these sessions will provide valuable insights important to enhancing your professional career.
