This workshop provides nephrology nurse managers with tools to survive and thrive in the workplace. Topics include preparing for and handling abusive patients or bad behavior in staff, managing stress and compassion fatigue, as well as investing in the manager’s team.

Requirements for Successful Completion:

Complete the learning activity in its entirety and complete the online CNE evaluation. You will be able to print your CNE certificate at any time after you complete the evaluation.
