Innovative ways to increase both deceased and living organ donation are being explored. Many programs now transplant kidneys from deceased donors who had hepatitis C. The Executive Order on Advancing American Kidney Health also has tremendous potential for increasing kidney donation and transplantation. This session reviews ground-breaking paradigms in transplantation.
