Leaders at all levels are responsible for fostering teamwork and reaching “across the aisle” to promote inclusion and unity. We, as nurses, need to consider our roles in fostering a culture that is diverse and inclusive of other people, other ideas, and other ways of doing things. This session provides insights and strategies that we can all use to build our own leadership practices.
