Goal: To explore the perceptions of patients with diabetes experiencing kidney failure.
Objectives:
State the results of a literature search on the experience of patients having both Diabetes Mellitus and End Stage Renal Disease.
Describe the study done to elicit perceptions from patients with diabetes about their kidney failure.
Give an interpretation of the findings of this limited study on the experience of kidney failure in those with diabetes mellitus.
