Discuss the patient safety culture strengths and opportunities for improvement in for-profit and not-for-profit organizational work settings.
Discuss the differences in how nephrology nurses in the primary role of direct care nurse perceive patient safety strengths and opportunities for improvement compared to nephrology nurses in the primary role of manager/administrator.
Utilize the results of this study to assess and improve patient safety culture in nephrology nurse practice settings.
