The facility and the staff that I am working are trying their best to deliver quality and effective treatment to achieve good outcome for the patient, and at the same time making sure that we are reimbursed with such performance. However, since we are dealing with individual patients with their own unique way, we continue to see patients who are non compliance, resulting to decrease adequacy to some.
