Description

Goal:To provide an overview of the lived experience of compensated kidney donors in the Philippines.

Objectives:

  1. Describe the structure of the universal phenomenon of sacrificing something important among the compensated kidney donors in the Philippines.
  2. Identify the major themes that emerged from the participants’ reconstructed stories and linguistic transformation.
  3. Engage in ongoing discussion and dialogue about the implications identified as they apply to nursing practice, research, and education.
