Gail, a former president of ANNA, is the organization's board representative to Kidney Care Partners (KCP). She has served as a VP of Quality Management for a large dialysis provider and a consultant to numerous organizations in the area of quality management and improvement. Additionally, she has served or is currently serving on a number of national quality taskforces and technical expert panels. Her presentation today will use this experience and expertise to present common sense ideas for incorporating mandated quality measures and initiatives into everyday practice in order to provide better care to our patients.
