This article was right on point. We need to educate all Nephrology professionals on benefits of home dialysis. We need formal education programs for nurse, fellows etc. including constant physician education on positively impacting ESRD patient outcomes with more intensive dialysis. The best website, I have found is www.advancingdailsyis.org.
