  1. Discuss the adverse effects of sleep deprivation on the human body, particularly those undergoing hemodialysis treatment.
  2. List possible contributing factors causing insomnia in patients on hemodialysis.
  3. Identify how observing a patient’s sleep patter using a device such as the FitBit® can help acknowledge a patient’s sleep complaints.
